Research and professional dashboards for your community.
Every community has an analytics page that summarizes its members' expertise and activity. It's available to community members (non-members see an access-denied screen).
Two modes
The analytics page auto-detects and lets you toggle between two modes (the toggle is session-local and not persisted):
Research mode
For research-oriented communities. Tabs:
- Overview
- Expertise — an expertise map
- Trends — with a year time-range selector
Professional mode
For professional/industry communities. Tabs:
- Snapshot
- Expertise
- Network
There's also a separate member map view.
Analytics are computed by a backend job and cached, so a brand-new or freshly imported community may take some time before its dashboards are fully populated.
